At Tusk Coffee ("we", "our", "us"), we are committed to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how and when your order will be shipped, the expected delivery timelines, and other related terms.

1. Dispatch Timelines

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within two (2) working days from the date of order placed, unless otherwise stated at the time of checkout or specified in the order confirmation email. Please note that processing and dispatch times may be extended during public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly; however, shipping timelines may vary based on product availability and delivery location.

2. Delivery Timelines

We ship all orders using trusted and registered courier partners (including but not limited to speed post, private logistics companies, and regional delivery providers).

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 1-3 business days from dispatch
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities, Towns, and Districts: 4-8 business days from dispatch
  • Remote Areas (including parts of the Northeast and Jammu & Kashmir): Delivery times may exceed 8 business days depending on local logistics availability.

These timelines are estimates and subject to change based on courier policies, weather conditions, regional restrictions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS along with a tracking ID and instructions to track your shipment.

4. Delivery Address and Liability

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. In case the shipping address differs from the billing address, the user must ensure correct entry at checkout.

Tusk Coffee shall not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage caused during transit. Liability for such events lies with the respective courier company, although we will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

5. Delivery Charges

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders across India with order value above INR600

However, orders from remote or hard-to-reach locations (including but not limited to certain regions in the North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh) may attract an additional shipping fee, which will be communicated to you prior to dispatch.

6. Non-Delivery and RTO (Return to Origin)

In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery:

  • The courier company may attempt redelivery based on their internal policies.
  • If returned to origin, reshipping the order may incur additional charges to be borne by the customer.
